This Cookie Policy explains how cookies are used on the website operated by CN Denetim ve SMMM A.Ş. It has been prepared taking into account Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, Electronic Communications Law No. 5809 and the Guidelines on Cookie Practices published by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority.

1. What Is a Cookie?

A cookie is a small text file saved to your device through your browser when you visit a website. Cookies allow a site to function properly, remember your session and generate information about usage. Session cookies are deleted when the browser is closed; persistent cookies remain on your device for a defined period.

2. Cookies Used on Our Site

Our site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function. No advertising, profiling or third-party tracking cookies are used.

3. Cookie Types Not Used

As at the publication date of this policy, the following types of cookies are not used on our site:

• Analytics / performance cookies (e.g. Google Analytics),
• Advertising and targeting cookies (e.g. Meta Pixel, Google Ads),
• Social media sharing and tracking cookies,
• Personalisation and preference cookies.

Should an analytics or marketing tool be added in the future, this table will be updated, explicit consent will be obtained from visitors for the cookies concerned and a cookie preference panel will be provided. 4. Embedded Third-Party Content

An embedded Google Maps frame (iframe) may appear on our contact page to show the location of our office. When the map loads, Google may access information such as your IP address through your browser and may place its own cookies. As this content is served by a third party, those cookies are subject to Google's cookie policy. If you do not wish to see the map, you can use your browser's settings for blocking third-party content and cookies.

5. How Can You Manage Cookies?

You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, it will not be possible to log in to the administration panel; the publicly visible parts of the site will continue to work.
