At CN Denetim ve SMMM A.Ş. our mission is to strengthen corporate capacity through audit and tax advisory work and to serve our clients as efficiently as possible with our expert team. That is why we build our team around complementary areas of expertise: an audit report and an incentive application read the same financial reality through different lenses; when we bring the two together at the same table, our client ends up with a single, consistent picture.

Our areas of expertise

Independent audit

Audit of financial statements, evaluation of the internal control environment and reporting of audit findings to management, within the framework of Turkish Auditing Standards and the regulations of the Public Oversight, Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority (KGK). Our audit team runs the entire process in-house, from planning through to the archiving of working papers.

Tax advisory and tax planning

Review of corporate income tax, VAT and withholding tax processes for regulatory compliance; analysis of the tax consequences of mergers, demergers and restructurings; technical support in tax inspections and settlement procedures. Our approach is not to build aggressive structures, but to establish a compliant and sustainable one.

Certified public accountancy and bookkeeping

Certified public accountancy (SMMM) services under Law No. 3568: keeping accounting records, preparing tax returns and notifications, payroll and social security (SGK) processes, implementing e-transformation applications and building the reporting infrastructure.

R&D, design centre and technopark incentive consultancy

Preparation of the application file, design of project and timeline tracking, monitoring of eligibility conditions and periodic reporting for R&D / design centre and technopark processes under Laws No. 5746 and No. 4691. We run the process in-house from application through to reporting.

Corporate finance and reporting

Preparation of the financial reports required in investor and lending processes, construction of budget and cash-flow models, and support for financial due diligence work.

• A single point of contact: A responsible specialist is assigned to each client; the other disciplines in the team are brought in through that specialist.
• Tracking the legislation: Changes in tax, audit and incentive legislation are monitored regularly, and affected clients are informed proactively.
• Confidentiality: The whole team is bound by professional secrecy and confidentiality obligations; client data is processed and protected within the framework of our KVKK Policy.
• Traceability: Every piece of work is archived together with its supporting basis and working papers, so that each step can be documented retrospectively.
